ALL 44 FITT all started with in person personal training. Hello fitness family! My name is Nathaniel Rondez and I have been a certified personal trainer since the beginning of 2019. I have been in fitness my whole being raised as an athlete, main sports being football and track. My own experience from recovering from a knee injury and the impact my physical therapist had on my life inspired me to have that same impact on other people. Since then I have continued to expand my fitness knowledge and experience having done spartan events, CrossFit events, powerlifting events and other fitness competitions. Personal training allowed me to pursue a career in fitness while fulfilling that desire to impact people's lives
